CANCELLATION POLICY- Effective starting June 2024

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC (“i”, “us”, “we”, or “our”)

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase there are restrictions, we must implement into our cancellation policy.

Orders may be canceled as follows

If you find you must cancel your order, we are sorry.

*Native Nubian Jewelry- may be canceled up to 10 minutes after the order is placed and payment confirmation is received [*processing has begun].

*Acrylic Keepsake Paintings by Toota- may be canceled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed and payment confirmation is received. [*processing has begun].

*Orders for Hand-painted, Personalized Tee-Shirts- may be canceled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed and payment confirmation is received. [*processing/ordering of supplies has begun].

*At Home Arts and Crafts for Children- may be canceled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed and payment confirmation is received. [*processing/ordering of supplies has begun].

*Tee Shirt painting Sessions for Children- may be canceled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed and payment confirmation is received. [*processing/ordering of supplies has begun].

After cancellation of an order, it may take 5 -7 business days (depending on your source of payment and your bank processing time) to receive your cancellation payment.

Order Changes

*If you have decided to change your order [a different Native Nubian Jewelry Design, or Acrylic Painting], you must do so “before” submitting the payment for your order change.

*Hand-painted, Personalized, Tee-Shirts- cannot be canceled once production has begun.

*At Home Arts and Crafts for Children- cannot be canceled once production has begun.

*Tee Shirt painting Sessions for Children- cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Please Note:

The Processing begins once payment has been received and confirmed via email.

The Production begins once a design has been agreed upon, materials are being ordered, artwork has begun, or cancellation time frame has passed.

Gift cards are not eligible for cash back, balance refunds, trade-ins, or other refunds. All sales are final.
