SHIPPING and DELIVERY POLICY- Effective from June 2024

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time

Native Nubian Jewelry- Processing of shipment begins within 2-3 business days (orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 PM EST through Sunday, or holidays).

Acrylic Keepsake Paintings by Toota- Processing of shipment begins within 2-3 business days (orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 PM EST through Sunday, or holidays).

Hand-painted, Personalized Tee Shirt- orders take approximately 3-4 weeks in production before arriving at the shipping facility.

At Home Arts and Crafts for Children- orders take approximately 1 week in production before arriving at the shipping facility.

Yummy Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies- Processing of shipment begins within 1-2 business days (orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 PM EST through Sunday, or holidays).

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC does not ship to the following US Territories and/or US States:

American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Hawai’i, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will receive email tracking updates and any delivery delays.

Taxes and Other Fees

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including taxes and other costs).

Damages

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. All items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced or duplicated. We will refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 30 days for the investigation.

Delivery: Delivery of the package is dependent on the shipping carrier used. Packages will be shipped via USPS / UPS / FedEx.

Customer Support: I won’t leave you hanging. You’ll be notified of the delivery tracking as soon as the tracking number is available.
