RETURN POLICY- Effective starting June 2024

Caviness Creations Keepsakes LLC (“i”, ‘us”, “we”, or “our”).

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase there are restrictions, we must implement into our return policy.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened and in original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached or a return will not be accepted. Any items that are used, improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.

Exchanges are not included in our policies.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

To return an item, other than, Hand-painted, Personalized, Tee Shirts.

*Leave the item in its original packaging and take a picture of your return label. email the picture to customer service at cavinesscreations@gmail.com

*You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via reply email. Keep this number for reference.

*After receiving an RMA number, mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

There are two options to receive your return payment:

* via PayPal or

* via Zelle.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

Please note that due to the personalized nature of the hand-painted tee shirts, and the customization of the tee shirt painting session attire, along with the supplies, these items cannot be returned. Yummy Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie Boxes are also non-refundable or returnable.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
